Report on the Prospective of Penitentiary System Reforms in Armenia: Establishment of Probation Service

The report is based on the concept of establishing probation service in Armenia and the current reforms in criminal legislation. It aims to assess the collected information about penitentiary system reform and evaluate its possible influence on the system reforms. It is prepared by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGONGO
non-governmental organization with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan. It is available only in Armenian.
