How, When, Where Does Dialogue Work? Practical Guide
This publication is a useful practical reference, covering conflict analysis, a concept of dialogue and specifics of organising and running dialogue meetings, based on examples of dialogue events on decentralization reform, conducted by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in 2018. It is intended for government officials, civil servants, managers who work on implementation of reforms, as well as for professionals working in the sphere of enhancing social cohesion in the country. The guide provides a variety of practical tools and tips to help readers to incorporate a dialogue approach into their work. Available in Ukrainian only.
