Parliamentary Elections, 1 March 2015
- Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Andorra to the OSCE to observe the 1 March 2015 parliamentary elections and in accordance with its mandate, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) undertook a Needs Assessment Mission (NAM) to Andorra from 27 to 28 January. The NAM included Richard Lappin, OSCE/ODIHR Senior Election Adviser, and Alexey Gromov, OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser.

Parliamentary Elections, 3 April 2011
- On 21 February 2011, in accordance with OSCE commitments, the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Andorra to the OSCE invited the OSCE/ODIHR to observe the 3 April early parliamentary elections. A Needs Assessment Mission to Andorra from 21 to 23 March recommended an Election Assessment Mission for the elections, although given the time constraints and the resources already committed, the OSCE/ODIHR was not in the position to undertake an election-related activity.
