Parliamentary Elections, 9 December 2012, Romania
- Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of Romania to the International Organizations in Vienna to observe the 9 December 2012 parliamentary elections and in accordance with its mandate, ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission and recommended the deployment of a Limited Election Observation Mission.

- Following an invitation from the United States Mission to the OSCE to observe the 6 November 2012 general elections, ODIHR deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission for these elections.

Early Parliamentary Elections, 11 November 2012, San Marino
- Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of San Marino to the OSCE to observe the 11 November 2012 early parliamentary elections, the OSCE/ODIHR undertook a Needs Assessment Mission and recommended the deployment of an Election Assessment Mission. However, given the short timeframe before the elections and the available resources, the OSCE/ODIHR was not in a position to undertake such a mission for the elections.

Early Parliamentary Elections, 14 October 2012, Montenegro
- Following an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro to observe the 14 October early parliamentary elections, and based on the findings of the Needs Assessment Mission, ODIHR deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission for these elections.
