The Right to Freedom of Peaceful Assembly: Theory and Practice
This publication offers doctrinal interpretation of the essence and content of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly guaranteed by Article 39 of the Constitution of Ukraine, based on the legislation of Ukraine, achievements of national and foreign legal science and the practice of national and international (European) courts. The value, meaning and procedure for exercising of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly by private individuals are determined. The publication is destined for students of law schools, postgraduates, professors, lawyers, civil servants, judges and all those interested in the researched field.
