Human Rights Protection within Administrative Justice Current State and Perspectives for Ukraine

This publication covers important issues of establishment, current state and further development of human rights protection in administrative justice of Ukraine, with due consideration to the requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights and its Protocols, the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and international experience.
