Human Rights Protection within Administrative Justice Current State and Perspectives for Ukraine
This publication covers important issues of establishment, current state and further development of human rights protection in administrative justice of Ukraine, with due consideration to the requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights and its Protocols, the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and international experience. The results of the corresponding research are directed at uniform application of law by the courts in the sphere of public law, strengthening of the rule of law and fair justice.
