Жемис Турмагамбетова, участница форума из Казахствана, выступает на заседании, посвященному соотношению ролей судьи и прокурора на досудебной стадии уголовного судопроизводства. За ее выступлением наблюдает Вера Ткаченко, представитель Управления ООН по наркотикам и преступности в Кыргызстане. Центральными темами на заседании являются регулирование мер, связанных со значительным вмешательством в личные прав человека, а также регулирование сбора оперативной информации и использования полученных таким образом сведений.
