Bridging differences and managing discussions on conflict-prone issues requires high level of relevant skills and knowledge. This page contains useful resources on training and other educational materials developed by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine. These resources intend to help expand community of experts able to use dialogue as a tool for enhancing social cohesion in the country. They can be used to teach how to organize dialogues; to develop skills of dialogue stakeholders to lead constructive dialogue; to manage conflicts in different contexts.
