Minimal Standards of Proper Treatment: Analysis of National and International Experience
This publication reviews the basic standards of proper treatment for arrested and detained persons, as defined by the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights.
The publication is of interest to penitentiary system professionals, law-enforcement officers, civic activists, as well as teachers and students at educational and scientific institutions. The handbook is available only in Ukrainian.
