The goal of the conference is to promote the development of dialogue and mediation in Ukraine as tools for strengthening social cohesion, designing and implementing reforms, and supporting post-war development and recovery in Ukraine. Leading Ukrainian experts in the fields of dialogue and mediation, representatives of Ukrainian public authorities, civil society, the academic community, as well as international organizations and diplomatic missions, are participating in the conference.

The conference is organized in the framework of the project “Building Dialogue and Mediation Capacity for Conflict Prevention and Conflict Resolution”, implemented by the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine in cooperation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and National Association of Mediators of Ukraine (NAMU), with the financial support of 35 OSCE participating states and partners.
