The Implementation of Civil Service Legislation in Kosovo
This report assesses the status of civil service reform in Kosovo by providing an overview of the secondary legislation; assessing the status of establishment of the implementing structures in the civil service, and the implementation of the legal provisions regarding the Independent Oversight Board for Civil Service of Kosovo.
