The agenda of the Forum will focus on the following topics:
- Fostering a multi-stakeholder approach to leverage the opportunities of digital economy;
- Promoting digital security in the business sector;
- Digital innovation as a tool to strengthen good public and corporate governance;
- Boosting innovative business models and economic connectivity in the digital era; and
- Harnessing opportunities and addressing challenges for human capital development in the digital era.
The 26th Economic and Environmental Forum is organized by the 2018 Italian OSCE Chairmanship in co-operation with the Office of the Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic and Environmental Activities (OCEEA).
The Economic and Environmental Forum is the main meeting-cycle within the Economic and Environmental Dimension of the OSCE. Its objective is to stimulate political dialogue among the 57 OSCE participating States on key economic and environmental issues related to security, to share best practices as well as to provide a platform for dialogue with representatives of International Organizations, the business and academic communities, and civil society.
