The Handbook compiles the diverse aspects of legal regulation of NGOs activities, accounting and taxation of NGOs. The Handbook also provides the necessary comments, recommendations, relevant examples of legal practice that allows executives, professionals, founders and members of NGOs and donors to orient themself in these areas, to make the right management decisions and to develop effective long-term strategies for NGOs.
