SMM Ukraine: Childhood during conflict

To take children's minds off the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine monitors organized a party with a balloon artist for children from Special School No.28 in Donetsk. The school, damaged as a result of the conflict, accommodates many children with special needs from outside the city.
