Findings on Formerly State-Financed Institutions in the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine conducted a series of visits during December 2014 and January 2015 to 55 formerly State-financed institutions located in areas currently not under Government control. This report presents findings on Formerly State-Financed Institutions in the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions.
