Summary
- Compared with the previous reporting period, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations in Donetsk region and more in Luhansk region.
- The SMM continued to monitor the situation in disengagement areas near Stanytsia Luhanska, Zolote and Petrivske.
- The Mission observed a weapon in violation of the withdrawal lines in a non-government-controlled area of Donetsk region.
- The SMM continued to facilitate repairs to and the operation of critical civilian infrastructure on both sides of the contact line.
- The SMM monitored public gatherings commemorating November 2013 events at Maidan.
- Restrictions of the SMM’s freedom of movement continued, including at checkpoints near non-government-controlled Sosnivske, Zaichenko, Starolaspa and Bezimenne.
