BELGRADE, 20 December 2004 - As part of its outreach campaign and its support for communities in need, the OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro, is donating approximately 1,000 euro worth of books to 15 high schools throughout the country.
The books cover a number of subjects depending on the individual needs of the respective high schools and will be placed in the school libraries for use by the pupils.
"The OSCE Mission hopes that this will encourage reading among the young and improve their chances for better grades," said Ambassador Maurizio Massari, the Head of the Mission.
