OSCE Mission sees positive EU Feasibility Study on Serbia and Montenegro as encouragement for further reforms

BELGRADE, 12 April 2005 - The OSCE Mission to Serbia and Montenegro welcomes the latest developments in Serbia and Montenegro, which have led to the European Commission's positive Feasibility Study.

The Head of the OSCE Mission, Ambassador Maurizio Massari said that this was a positive signal by the international community for the reform efforts of Serbia and Montenegro.

"I expect Serbia and Montenegro to further intensify efforts to implement democratic reforms including full co-operation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia," he said.
