New trends in Serbian criminal procedure law and regional perspectives (normative and practical aspects)
The book edited by the OSCE Mission to Serbia Rule of Law and Human Rights (ROL/HR) Department’s staff and published in September 2012, in Serbian and English, features articles by leading practitioners and academics from Serbia and the region on criminal procedure legislation reforms in their countries, particularly on the issues such as prosecution-led investigation, changed role of the courts and new procedural tools. The book has been the first in the series of the RoL/HR-edited publications presenting legislative novelties and practical experiences with a changing criminal procedure legislation in the region, with a book on abbreviated forms of criminal procedure to follow in June 2013.
