The workshop will bring together over 110 experts from the public and private sectors in South Eastern Europe to discuss ways to improve public-private co-operation to block channels of terrorist financing and to counter violent extremism and radicalization that lead to terrorism, while upholding human rights and fundamental freedoms. The workshop will illustrate the cross-dimensional, multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder approach to countering terrorism promoted by the OSCE, providing a platform for state authorities, businesses, civil society and the Media to network, exchange information, experience and best practices. The event, hosted in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, in co-operation with the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be attended by participants from 15 OSCE participating States, six international structures and 32 private sector organizations.
