Gender mainstreaming means assessing the different implications for women and men in all OSCE planned activities and policies. The OSCE actively encourages the participation of both genders in its projects such as this workshop on investigating money laundering, organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia. By addressing the needs of, and building the capacity of both women and men, gender mainstreaming becomes a strategy for achieving gender equality.
