Where we are: OSCE Mission to Montenegro
Publisher: Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe
This publication has been developed by the Technical Working Group on Self-Regulation and supported by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. Information disorder- the creation and dissemination of false, misleading or malicious information- represents the dominant tool of manipulation of public opinion in the digital age. The basic intention of this manual is to help media professionals in a clear and reviewed way to recognize and critically assess possible distortions and aberrations of the "material" they work with- valuable, but also easily perishable and abusable "goods"- information. Not available in English.
