Unified entrance exam: regulatory impact analysis and effectiveness of educational services. Research
The research was developed under the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine within the project "Supporting Legal Education Reform and Sustainable Human Rights School Education ".
The research analyzes standardized educational dimensions in higher education, issues of quality of education and educational services, regulatory impact and public education management. It also considers the current state and quality of the legal professionals training. The research describes the reasons for the unsuccessful promotion of legal education reform and provides relevant recommendations. Observations and conclusions will be useful for further development of the system of standardized educational measurements (Unified Professional Entrance Exam and Unified State Qualification Exam), expanding their use in public education management.The views, opinions, conclusions and other information expressed in this document are not given nor necessarily endorsed by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) unless the OSCE is explicitly defined as the Author of this document.
