Facilitator’s toolkit for organizing and conducting group discussions. Set of cards

The publication will be useful for planning and conducting facilitated discussions. The cards help to better understand any existing issues and relationship between parties, as well as to identify opportunities for intervention. According to the tasks and features of a group, they can be used as a set of tools in the facilitator’s work. Each card contains basic necessary information: approximate time, required resources, recommended number of participants. The stage of use and complexity are also indicated.

Available in Ukrainian. These cards were developed by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in 2021 as part of the Project “Enhancing Dialogue Capacity for Reforms Implementation”.
