Election Disputes: Supreme Court Jurisprudence Compendia
The compendia comprised of the Supreme Court jurisprudence related to the protection of electoral rights for the period 2019-2020, which were formulated in court decisions of the Administrative Cassation Court of the Supreme Court and the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court during the 2019 presidential elections, the 2019 parliamentary elections and the 2020 local elections. The publication in Ukrainian will be beneficail for judges, legal professionals and those who are interested in the protection of electoral rights and would like to be aware of the latest case law.
