Methodological Manual for Cyber Hygiene Trainers
The publication is useful guidance for educators delivering advanced trainings for civil servants and state officials of local self-governance on cyber hygiene. It promotes the use of interactive methods of teaching the adults to browse safely the cyberspace, supports development of skills for the safe use of computer technologies in the public sector. The manual will be helpful for trainers working with the civil servants of groups B and C, state officials of local self-governance, staff of post-diploma education institutions, education and academia bodies, institutions and organisations. It was elaborated for the specialized professional (certification) program of advanced training for civil servants. It is recommended for use together with the Workbook for participants of cyber hygiene training.
These materials were developed in co-operation with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and Ukrainian School of Governance in the framework of the project “Strengthening Ukrainian State Authorities’ Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Capacity” by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, with financial support from the British Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the German Federal Foreign Office.
