Algorithm for self-assessment of the need for dialogue in reforms process
Algorithm for self-assessment of the need for dialogue in reforms process is a unique tool and an integral part of the handbook "Dialogue in Reforms: Instruction Manual". Its main task is to help users to get a specific and relevant recommendation on how and when to use dialogue, public consultations in a dialogue approach, mediation, a solution-finding session or other formats of work. The handbook adds to the algorithm conceptual framework and additional practical tools, including matrices, checklists, effective communication simulator. The algorithm and the handbook will be useful for civil servants, reforms managers, local self-governance representatives and other categories of public servants who take part in implementation of reforms in any way.
