Methodology manual for trainers of the training “Dialogue Instruments for Effective Decision Making in Communities”
This manual is designed to assist dialogue practitioners in training representatives of local government, self-government bodies and civil society on how to plan, organize and conduct discussions, meetings, consultations to resolve problems and conflict situations of local importance. The manual includes theoretical background, practical exercises and cases dealing with dialogue approaches and tools of developing and implementing collaborative decisions in communities in the most effective and engaging way.
The publication was prepared within the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine’s project “Dialogue for Reform and Social Cohesion in Ukraine”, implemented with the financial support from the Government of Bulgaria, Global Affairs Canada, Governments of Japan, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America. Not available in English.
