Guidelines for the Implementation of NGO Quality Standards
The Guidelines for the Implementation of NGO Quality Standards in Spain provides the minimum components for a quality management system required to ensure compliance with the Standards and their proper implementation. It covers relationships, opinions, and priorities needed to enable organizations to work in an orderly fashion and correctly from the perspective of innovative operational models.
The current manual also refers to differences between and adjustments to standards and models required to facilitate the work of those entities that have been using other models and formats for some time and who intend to implement NGO Quality Standards so that they can be adapted to the already existing operational framework.
