Gender Responsive Leadership Programme

The Gender Responsive Leadership Programme supported OSCE’s long-standing commitment to ensuring gender equality, by equipping senior leadership with skills to exercise strong and active leadership in building sustainable progress on gender equality in the Organization. The programme contributed to the implementation of the 2004 OSCE Action Plan for the Promotion of Gender Equality and achieving the objectives of the OSCE Gender Parity Strategy developed in 2019. The Swedish Chairpersonship and the Folke Bernadotte Academy generously sponsored the programme from mid-September until mid-December 2021 in an online format.
