The Programme Office in Dushanbe organized a study tour to the OSCE Secretariat in Vienna from 27 November to 1 December 2018. The agenda of the tour included meetings and discussions with the OSCE officials and experts. The young people attended the OSCE Permanent Council meeting in the Hofburg Conference Centre and met with a representative of the Delegation of Tajikistan to the OSCE, Vienna, 29 November 2018.
