The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1463 on the dates and agenda of the 2023 Economic and Environmental Dimension Implementation Meeting (Canada, also on behalf of Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, interpretative statement 1; Spain-European Union, interpretative statement 2).
