The Russian Federation’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine, including illegal attempts to legalize the occupation of the eastern Ukraine. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1444 on the dates and agenda of the 2022 Economic and Environmental Dimension Implementation Meeting.
