Address by the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, H.E. Ms. Margareta Cederfelt. Report by the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Michael Davenport (Belgium, also on behalf of several delegations, Annex 1; Cyprus, Annex 2; Spain, Annex 3; Serbia, Annex 4). Update on the extension of the mandate of the OSCE Observer Mission at the Russian checkpoints of Gukovo and Donetsk (Chairperson, Annex 5; United Kingdom, Annex 6; Slovenia-European Union, Annex 7; Canada, Annex 8; Ukraine, Annex 9; Turkey, Annex 10; France, also on behalf of Germany, Annex 11; Georgia, Annex 12; Russian Federation, Annex 13). Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Deteriorating situation in Ukraine and continued non-implementation by the Ukrainian authorities of the Minsk agreements. Aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia with the direct involvement of Turkey and foreign terrorist fighters (Armenia, Annex 14). Recent developments in Belarus. Situation of human rights in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine, and illegal detentions of Crimean Tatars. Thirty years since the Baltic States joined the OSCE (Latvia, also on behalf of Estonia and Lithuania, Annex 15).
