Report by the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Ambassador Jan Braathu. Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Events in the human dimension in 2021. International Francophonie Day, to be observed on 20 March 2021, and French Language and Francophonie Week, being observed from 13 to 21 March 2021.
