    Address by the Co-chairs of the Geneva International Discussions. Review of OSCE co-operation with the Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1382 on the forwarding of a draft agenda to the Ministerial Council. The Permanent Council adopted Decision No. 1383 on the timetable of the Twenty-Seventh Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council (Russian Federation, interpretative statement 1; Germany-European Union, interpretative statement 2). Russia’s ongoing aggression against Ukraine and illegal occupation of Crimea. Situation in Ukraine and the need to implement the Minsk agreements. Aggression of Azerbaijan against Artsakh and Armenia with the direct involvement of Turkey and foreign terrorist fighters (Armenia, Annex 1).
