1207th Special Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council
The Chairperson informed the Permanent Council that the Chairperson-in-Office, in a letter issued on 5 December 2018 (Annex 1), had announced the adoption through a silence procedure of Ministerial Council Decision No. 1/18 on the OSCE Chairmanship in the year 2020 (Serbia, interpretative statement 1; Russian Federation, interpretative statement 2; Albania, Annex 2).
