OSCE Programme Office in Astana (Kazakhstan, interpretative statement 1; United States of America, interpretative statement 2; Italy-European Union, interpretative statement 3).
As of 23 September 2022 the name of the Programme Office in Nur-Sultan was changed to Programme Office in Astana following a name change of Kazakhstan's capital. The change is reflected in the Journal of the 1390th Plenary Meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council. The Mandate remains unchanged.
