French Foreign Minister Védrine to address OSCE Permanent Council
VIENNA 12 February 1998
VIENNA, 12 February 1998 - On Thursday, 12 February, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of France, Hubert Védrine, will address the Permanent Council Meeting of the OSCE. He is expected to speak about the OSCE's role in the European security architecture and on the French position on the development of a Charter on European Security. He also plans to address the question of stability in southeastern Europe as well as other regional issues of particular concern to the Organization.
