VIENNA, 19 February 2008 - Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic addressed the 56 OSCE participating States today at a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
The OSCE is a forum for security dialogue, enabling all participating States to raise and discuss concerns. The Permanent Council is the Organization's main regular decision-making body.
