    Prior to taking up the agenda, the United States of America, Luxembourg-European Union, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, the Chairperson, Canada, Switzerland and Mongolia extended their condolences to the families of the victims of the terrorist attacks in Turkey. Turkey thanked delegations for their expressions of condolences. Address by the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in Ukraine and in the Trilateral Contact Group, Ambassador Martin Sajdik. Release of Estonian police officer Mr. E. Kohver.
