Prior to taking up the agenda, the United States of America, Luxembourg-European Union, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, the Chairperson, Canada, Switzerland and Mongolia extended their condolences to the families of the victims of the terrorist attacks in Turkey. Turkey thanked delegations for their expressions of condolences.
