Germany’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, addressed the OSCE Permanent Council on 2 July 2015. In his address, Steinmeier discussed the priorities of Germany’s 2016 Chairmanship of the OSCE.
Germany will assume the OSCE Chairmanship on 1 January 2016.
