  • 1011th Special Plenary Meeting of the Permanent Council
    Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson expressed condolences to the families and victims of the tragic crash of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in Ukraine. The Council then observed a moment of silence.
