Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, Ireland-European Union, the United States of America, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia offered condolences to Turkey in connection with the bombing that took place in Reyhanli, Turkey, on 11 May 2013. Turkey thanked the Chairperson and the participating States for this expression of sympathy. Address by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, H.E. Elmar Mammadyarov.
