    The Chairperson, on behalf of the Council, expressed condolences to the Russian Federation with regard to the recent terrorist attacks in Volgograd. Belarus, Lithuania-European Union, the United States of America, Canada, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Armenia and Georgia also expressed condolences.
