Chemical Emergency – Safety Rules if You Are at Home

The OSCE Secretariat Extra-Budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine produced this video for the State Emergency Service to strengthen its capacities in run¬ning risk education events for various audiences, notably people living in areas where the chances of release or spill of chemicals are high, e.g. in vicinity of industrial facilities. It will also be instrumental for planning and implementing awareness raising campaigns, efforts to inform about safety measures in emergencies.
