This year, the meeting is taking place from 16 to 27 September 2019, with two sessions scheduled per day. Agenda and the schedule can be consulted below under the Resources section.
REGISTRATION
Online self-registration at http://meetings.odihr.pl is now closed. Important note: on-site registration will not be possible. Registered participants will be able to collect their badges at the meeting venue, every day of the conference, between 8.00 and 16.00. Participation in the HDIM is free of charge, although all travel and accommodation costs should be borne by participants.
SIDE EVENTS
Participants can organize side events over the course of the meeting. Side events provide an opportunity for participants to discuss issues that have not been fully covered during the working sessions, since only limited time is assigned to each topic. Online booking of side events, based on the “first come, first served” principle and available only to registered participants, is now closed. Please consult this webpage regularly, as further information will be added closer to the event.
