(L-r) Romana Schweiger, the War Crimes Justice Project Regional Co-ordinator; Ambassador Leopold Maurer, the Head of the European Union Delegation to Montenegro and Ambassador Šarunas Adomavičius, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro at a peer-to-peer meeting of ICTY Judges and their counterparts from the region, organized as part of the War Crimes Justice Project, in Bečići, Montenegro, 27 June 2011. During the meeting Maurer said that bringing war crimes trials to completion is an important part of transitional justice, building democracy and establishing lasting reconciliation.
