The OSCE-UNHCR Regional Conference on Access to Civil Documentation and Prevention of Statelessness in South-Eastern Europe took place in
Skopje on 17 October 2023. The Conference was co-organized by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities (HCNM) and the OSCE Mission to Skopje (OMSk), under the auspices of the 2023 OSCE Chairpersonship of North Macedonia.
