OSCE/ODIHR-Venice Commission Joint Opinion on the Draft Law on the Legislative Initiative of the Citizens
The present Joint Opinion was prepared in response to a request by the Speaker of the Parliament of Albania. It was adopted by the Venice Commission at its 116th Plenary Session (Venice, 19-20 October 2018).
